Refunds

Effective date: October 13, 2026.

All sales are final

You get your access as soon as you pay, so all sales are final. We do not give a refund because you changed your mind, because you did not use the access, or because your pass has run out.

We put these three things right, at any time

• we charged you twice for the same thing,
• we charged the wrong amount,
• you never got the access you paid for, or we stopped it before your time ran out and it was not your fault.

Write to [email protected] from the email address you paid with, and tell us the date of the payment. We answer within two working days. Money goes back to the card you paid with, and your bank then takes its own time, usually 5 to 10 days.

Your exam result is not a refund reason

We do not promise that you will pass, and we do not give a refund because you did not pass. We do not give free extra access after an exam you did not pass. The practice material is what you bought, and you got it.
